EX-SOLDIER’S ESTATE.

(By Telegraph—Per Press Association) WELLINGTON, July 16. Following on the death in action in 1915 at Gallipoli of Isaac. Harold iTim mer, letters of administration were granted in November of that year. .Later a letter was received by the father and mother ol' the deceased, the last portion of which, it was claimed in the Supreme Court, to-da.v. had a testimentary effect. The action is one taken by the widow of the late Charles Pliiiuiier, and her two daughters, lor an order that the letters of administration in Isaas. Plimmer’s estate be recalled. The letter -was' found among the effects of the late Charles Plimmer, and the words upon which the application is founded arc:—“We havn’t been asked to do anything serious up to date; but this time-it will be. Remember me to all my friends. f shall not lie writing any farewell letters other than this. Dad will fix my affairs. 1 would like him, however, to arrange that what I possess be diveded equally—that is between himself, mother, Girlie, and Mollie” (his sisters.) Decision was reserved. It was stated that the value of the estate of Isaac 'Plimmer. now in the hands of the Public Trustee, as executor. the estate in the late Charles Plimmer, was approximately £3170. 0 '
