The league would regret very much to see that district severed from Otago. The resolution was passed. Air Errington then introduced the speaker of the evening, and Air James dealt fully with the country he had covered during his exploring expeditions in the north-west of Otago. The lecture wa s fully illustrated with lantern slides, many of which had been made from photographs taken during the trip undertaken last winter. At the conclusion of the lecture All .Tames was thanked for his interesting address.
