GERMAN POLITICS

[United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.] \ BERLIN, December 4. A revolt df the German Nationalists against Herr Hagenberg’s policy of opposition to the Young Reparations plan has quickly developed. Twelve members of the party have already resigned. It is expected that the party will lose at least twenty members. Herr Westarp lias resigned the leadership in the Reichstag, but he explains that this is not a means'of seceding from the party.
