The “ Daily News ” understands that arrangements are completed for the King to spend the whole of the winter on. the South Coast, probably near Torquay or Bournemouth, which is mild and sheltered from the wind, and fogless. Meanwhile His Majesty is benefitting hv his stay at Sandringham, although it will he necessary to move southward when the autumn mists gather.
