'(’lie House of Representatives met at 2.30 (Cm. » xlie Statutory Revision Committee recommended that the Imprisonment for Debt Limitation Amendment Bill (Air H. G. Alason) should not be allowed to proceed. The Urban Farmlnhds Rating Bill was read a second time and referred to the Labour Bills Committee. The Local Authorities Empowering (Aviation Encouragement) Bill was read a third time and passed. The debate on the second reading offi the Summer Time Bill was adjourned The House rose at 10.30 p.m.
