RUSSIAN TRADERS
, RETURN TO LONDON. 'United Prises Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright). LONDON, Sept. 28. A large Union Jack fluttering in the breeze over Bush House this morning seems thoroughly innocent. Its peculiar significance lies in the proceedings' below,' where a lively, though not a bellicose, Russian revolution is occurring. .This is Arcos, the great Russian trading concern, again invading London. They have taken six floors in the new Bush House, in the wing adjoining Austral House, and dozens of their staff are engaged in carrying palpers and other office articles into the corridors and rooms, while otheis are bringing in five tons of elaborate furniture., Aroos is returning, presumably with the proposed resumption of AngloRussian diplomatic relations, and they record the fact by an elaborate indicator board on the ground floor, showing that they will occupy twentytwo departments, involving all of the Arcos interests, which are being centralised, instead of being spread out over the City, as hitherto.
