After a trial lasting three months, Hugo Stinncs, Leo Hirseli, and Roth man and Schneid were acquitted of attempting to defraud the Government by the conversion of new into old war loan certificates. Stinnes’ secretary, Von Waldow, als ■ Bela Cross, were sentenced to four months apiece. Eugcii Hirseli was fined 3,000 marks.
