VICTORIA (British Columbia), May 23.
Mr R. A. Raynes, the newly appointed Australian commercial representative to Canada, on arrival on Thursday to. open the new offices in 'Toronto, said: “The fact that the Australian Government decided to create a new office in Canada, at the : ©quest of prominent citizens of both Dominions, was indicative of a mutual desire for closer relationship.” It is stated that the office to be opened will be at the service of Canadians for information regarding Australia in any connection.
