AVASHINGTON, May 11

The Inland Waterways Corporation lias joined the railroads and upon authorisation by the Secretary of AVar voted to reduce its rates approximately 331, per cent on export wheat in its barge lines on the Mississippi and Warrior Rivers. The reduction is to lie effective from loth May to 30th September. It is anticipated tills action will move between three and four million bushels of wheat now in storage.
