A message from Tvovno states that a student named Vasilius has been arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the attack on Valdemnras, with several others. He "'as attempting to enter Poland when confronted by Lithuanian frontier guards They refused to halt and bombs wore thrown and revolvers fired. \ asilius fell wounded, lmt the others escaped.
