The President of the United States, Air Calvin Coolidge, has promised to come to Canada to unveil a peace monument erected hv Canadians in Stanley Park, Vancouver, the site ol the last notable speech ever made by President Harding a few days before his death. PERTH ICR AllCilC EXPLORATION. OTTAWA, April 2D. Lord Byug proposes an exploration lour over most of northern Canada in August next. He hopes to go to the mouth of the .Mackenzie River, and thence through the Arctic Ocean around Point Barrow, and on through the Behring Straits and home to Canada.
