WESTLAX D SUB-UXI ON. MONDAY, APRIL ‘2oth. The Sub-Union met at 8 p.m. Present: Messrs Staiford (chair), (‘unison Lawn, Breeze, D. Dowell, Gut Imsh Ifowat, Mums and lleeiiau (Secretary).
The minutes were confirmed and cor respondeiiee approved.
In connection with the minutes Mr Coulsnn explained that he had understood in regard to representation on the W.C.R.C. that the local senior delegates should join with the Gre.v Union senior delegates and form an executive.
Messrs Coulson. Lawn and the Kokatnlii delegate were appointed delegates to the AY.C.R.U. to attend meeting in Greymout.li next evening for drawing up of senior fixtures. and general business.
Nominations were received from llimu Club (President’s team) and State School (fourth grade team).

Alartin Burgin applied for reinstatement from League to Rugby, io lie recommended.
It was resolved to present the KoUatalii Club with the cup won lasi season at the Club’s opening ball next Alonday night. LONDON, April 29. The Wrexham ground was in perfect order. Tlio AAVlslimen had ratlici the better of the play in iiie first halt when both goals had narrow escapes. The Irishmen occasionally attacked, hut tho Welsh halves did not give them much [■ope. The Welsh wings worked well together, ami iroquenily threatened to become dangerous, but the Irishmen defended doggedly. The concluding minutes were exciting. Tho Welshmen attacking narrowly. leissed scoring on three occasions, ’ihe game ended in a drew, no score being registered.
