The Times' Berlin correspondent says: The Nationalists appear anxious to be included in any Government Herr ' Marx may form. Despite" their final declaration that they could neither cooperate with Herr Mars nor support the late Government's foreign policy, they have now made overtures for the ' resumption of negotiations for coaii- ! tion with the Middle Parties.
