SYDNEY, Jan. 4. The Lord Mayor opened an Empire Fair in the Town Hall in connection with the Empire Year movement, with the object of stimulating trade with Britain and the various Dominions and of securing unity of purpose in Empire interests. A feature is the large display of products and manufactures by the Government departments and firms in stalls representative of the various Dominions.
