DEATH OF VISCOUNT KATO
BY CABLE—PEESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT TOKIO, Aug. 24. Viscount Kato died of a complication of- diseases affecting the heart, on Friday afternoon, but an official announcement was withheld for several hours. Count Uchida will be acting-Premier until the burial 5 after which Cabinet will resign.
