MR. CORRIGAN AT KOHI

(Contributed.) Mr. J, R. Corrigan^ the Liberal candidate for the Patea seat, addressed a meeting of electors at Kohi last evening. There was a large attendance and Mr. R. Waterford presided. Mr. Corrigau spoke along the lines of his Hawera. • speech and was listened to most attentively. After the address several questions were asked and satisfactorily answered. In reply to one question Mr. Corrigan said that he was strongly in favour of xesearcih work by the Agricultural Department, with a view to -assisting the primary industries of the country. At the conclusion the candidate was accorded a unanimous vote of thanks; on the motion of Messrs Oliver and B. Waterland.
