HAWERA TECHNICAL HIGH SCHOOL CLUB.
The Hawera Technical High School is making great progress with its sports, and; last, summer the hoys developed a really good cricket team. There is every reason why good field sports should he encouraged, but cricket makes fairly heavy demands financially. The: parents can hardly be expected to meet them unaided. The school club is about £10' short: of requireme nts to pay for this ' season's equipment, and "donations, from ,the public would be very welcome: .W© are sure that there will be sufficient people in Hawera interested in the school sports to contribute the amount required. < \-.\-
