SECOND GRADE
Hawera 14 (four tries, one converted) defeated Eltham 3 (try) at Eltham. Waimate and Okaiawa met on the Manaia Domain and after a well contested game resulted in a win for Okaiawa by 8 points to nil. In the first half Tuki, for Okaiawa, kicked a good penalty goal, and in the second half Wright scored a try, which was converted by Tuki. Mr J. Christie was referee.
