THIRD GRADE.
Hawera 12 defeated Patea 3, at Patea. Tries for the winners were scored by Jackson and Brown, Jarvie converted one, and Jackson drop-kicked a goal. Okaiawa and Waimate met on the Manaia Domain, and resulted in a very easy win for Waimate by ±i) points to nil. The following scored tries: Fo°--arty (converted by Whiro Rangi), Tonga (converted by Skinney), R. Donald and Jackson. "Mr E. Putt was the referee.
. FOURTH GRADE. Waimate 14 defeated Patea 12, at Manaia.
