Advices from Chita state Sensheff, the new commander of the Red forces, has proclaimed a state of wrar between Chita and Japan, owing to Japanese troops invading the buffer zone and advancing upon Imam Clashes occurred between Japanese and Reds at Menehanmenka, in which the Reds lost thirty men and two guns.
