■SYJDNBY, April 12. The overseas shipowners have decided to reduce freights a farthing a pound on frozen beef exported by .December 31. The- Commonwealth Lino is also agreeable to the latter reducing the freight on tallow to the United Kingdom from 150s to 130s a ton.
