LONDON, Feb. 21
The Daily Mail reports a tragic affair at the Upper Silesian military station. A private of the Royal Irish Regiment became suddenly demented and shot dead two comrades in the barracks room. He then rushed to the dining room and shot dead two more and wounded a corporal. He then surrendered to the guard.
