MENTALITY OF TROOPS
LONDON, Sept. 8. Dr. Kimmins, speaking at the British Association, declared that tests of 1,750,000 troops showed that one man out of every forty had a mentality not above the normal of a 10-year-old child. The anthropology section passed a resolution, in favour of - the establishment of State-aided Imperial schools of anthropology in the • interests of native races of the Empire.
