INDUSTRIAL EXHIBITS.

(Published by Arrangement.)

PRESTON'S COW DETECTOR

A machine that calls on the farmers, to .test their cows, so as to detect the robber, the 1921 model is the "acme of simplicity" and can be worked by anyone without the slightest trouble. The 1921 model is a much simplified machine and must attract the dairy farmers by its simplicity and efficiency. In the top part of the container four valves control th<%.whole operation- one draws up the milk; as soon as the niilk of one cow is drawn up into the container a second valve weighs the milk and a third enables a sample to Be taken, while the fourth eends the milk away to the releaser. While the first weigKing and testing is going on a second i cow's milk can be dealt with. Tha , weighing takes only five seconds. Thus four valves control the whole work. Another. extremely useful operation ia the automatic washing up when testing is finished without stopping the engine. The machine is of high grade make throughout and can deal quickly and efficiently with the weighing and testing. It is one that should appeal to the dairy farmer, especially in these days, when nothing but efficiency will suffice in the industry. The numerous testimonials bespeak the satisfaction of all users. Mr. Preston will be pleased to demonstrate to anyone interested.
