CARS OF DISTINCTION TO BE SHOWN IN TARANAKI. The Tourist Motor Company, Ltd., of Hastings, Hawke's" Bay, who are famed throughout New Zeaalnd as being agents for such high-grade automobiles as Minerva, F.N., .number, Hillman, Rover, and H.C.S. cars, will be showing at Hawera Winter Show the very latest post-war productions as follows: One handsome Silent Knight Minerva 20-h.p. model, fitted with a beautiful 5-seater touring body. This car is complete in every detail and is" finished in a nice shade of Minerva grey with trimming to match. It is a wonderful example of high-grade automobile construction and the finest of its kind that has yet been imported into the Dominion. The H.C.S. car, which is designed and built by Harry C. Stutz (America's foremost race car designer) will be shown fitted with a new type of sporting 3-seater body, finished in ivory enamel with black mudguards and six detachab'e RudgeWhitworth wire wheels. The H.C.S. car will be the centre of great attraction on account of its high-grade design and finish, and will hold its own in the best of company. A very handsome 12 h.p. 3-seater Rover car will ■also be shown. The past history of the Rover Co.'s productions is so widely and favourably known that we can safely predict that this class of car is bound to meet with great favour in Taranaki. An 11 h.p. 2-seater Hillman light car and a Humber 15-9 sseater touring car will afifo bs on exhibition if space will permit. The display will be in charge of Mr Gordon Saunders. The Tourist Motor Co.'s special Taranaki resident (representatives, Messrs XW. E. and J. Hv.sloo, will also be in ■ottendan^e, and w'U hn happy to meet everyone interested and answer all enori^'es.
