(BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION.) ! DUNEDIN, Feb. 16. Cecil "Bock, employed as watchman of the steamer Waikouaiti, fell down a hold of the vessel, a distance of 20 to 25 feet, and sustained severe injuries to his head and limbs. His condition is serious.
