CHARGES OF PLAYING TWQ-UP

At the local Court yesterday, before Mr Stout, S.M., thirty-five persons were charged with playing two-tip on a recent Sunday.\ All the accused were represented, by counsel. Five of the cases were withdrawn,- not having participated in the game. The case ,va? adjourne<l to hear legal argument re the definition of a public:place.
