(Times.) (Received Dec. 16, 12.20 p.m.) LONDON, Dec. 15. Advices indicate that the Turkish Government is alarmed at the disorder prevalent 'in Constantinople on the influx of Russian refugees. They have removed Mahomet's sacred beard from the Mosque Museum. Kemal Pasha has quarrelled with Lenin because Armenia tin-ned Bolshevik and robbed him of his anticipated spoils.
