BOLSHEVIST REFUGEES CAUSING GERMANS ALARM.

BERLIN, Oct. 22. anxiety is felt here regarding the 100,000 Bolshevist troops driven across the frontier into East Prussia by the Polish armies. As far as possible they have been disarmed, but it has been lmpossuoie to intern them, and alter surrendering their arms at the frontier they marcned on, begging their food from the local population. The supply of food in the country is, however, quite insufficient and it is ieared that the Russians may soon begin to take by force what the population is forced to refuse them.
