MR WATT'S RESIGNATION.

SYDNEY, June 15. Mr Hughes states Mr Watt's resignation is unjustifiable, and places the Government in an embarrassing position, as it is impossible to send another Minister to London in time to replace him. Mr Hughes charges Mr Watt with abandoning Australia, and reaffirms the statement that the resignation appeared in the Press before he received it.
