The meeting of1 those interested in tennis convened by Mr Bridge was rainy well attended. Mr Bridge was voted to the chair, and explained the position of the old club. The old club lie said, was in a rather had position nna^cially, and he considered the club now being formed should shoulder the burden. Considerable discussion took place re the above, and finally it was decided to carry on the club as estabishecl, provided the debt at the bank no the only liability.
