DAIRY FARMER FINED.
NELSON. Aug. 28. At the Magistrate's Court to-day, Henry G. E. Kingsland. dairy farmer \ of Appleby, was fined £25 on each of two informations charging him with selling milk containing added water. An analysis of three samples showed that they contained respectively 22 per cent., 20 per cent., and 19 per cent, of added water, and the solids other than fat 8 were also below the required standard.
