CYCLIST COMMITTED FOR TRIAL.
(.BY TELEGRAPH —PBESB ASSOCIATION ) AUCKLAND, Aug. 28Carr Melville Hoffmann was committed for trial on a charge of manslaughter in connection with the death of Leonard Norman Fisher. At the inquest on Fisher the verdict was that death resulted from injuries received through collision with a bicycle ridden by accused on the evening of July 19.
