FINDING AT AN INQUEST.
NAPIER, June 2. ! The adjourned inquest was held to-1 day on Hiko Auaru, a Maori returned: soldier found injured in the Caledonian \ Hotel on Saturday week, and who_ died i in hospital later. The verdict was that! death was due to fracture of the base; of the skull caused by a fall while intoxicated.
