New Zealanders' committee has cabled to Sir James Allen that the development of the shipping trouble at Sydney makes the repatriation of New Zeala-nders forthwith imperative, and urging him to arrange that the Makura, sailing on the 22nd, should catry passengers, the Government to compensate the Union Company, if necessary, for any possible delay in quarantine, or some other vessel in harbor could be utilised for quarantine purposes.
