BY CABLE—PSESS ASSOCIATION—COPYEIOHT
(Received March 4,! 10.30 a.m.) NEW YORK, March 3: The Evening Sun's Paris correspondent learns from an authoritative source that the War Responsibility Committee of the Peace Conference will shortly submit a report containing hundreds of names of the guilty, but it will be impossible to visit the direct punishment on the ex-Kaiser, Ludendorff, and Hindenburg, but the military governors and others will be apprehended and tried before an international tribunal.—Aus.-N.Z.
