TRAMWAY TROUBLE.
WELLINGTON MEN REFUSE COUNCILS OFFER. - (BT2 TELEGBAPH^—PBESB ASSOCIATION.? : WELLINGTON, Sep. 26. The tramwaymen carried resolutions unanimously at two shift meetings to the effect that they still adhere to their decision to refuse the City Council's offer of 10 per cent bonus on ordinary time. The wet weather last evening accentuated the overcrowding of the tramcars.
