c DRAFT FAREWELLED. A Cl draft went into camp this ' morning. There were only two recruits from Hawera—H. Burrell and M. Doyle. I The Mayor* (Mr E. Dixon), wished i the men good luck and a pleasant time in camp. Each was given a parcel and accorded hearty cheers. The following men entrained at Eltham this morning for the 11th Cl Draft, states our correspondent: D. S. Wallace*, N. Burke.
