™ tt DUNEDIN, May 13. Mr H- K. Wilkinson presided over a representative and large gathering of local business and professional men tonight, when Mr Andrew Deer lectured on the philosophy of profit-making. The subject was handled very ably. In urging his audience to consider the matter from its larger aspect—that of efficient service—he surveyed interestingly the plan followed by Dominion business science circles. Many telling truths were used to drive home the facts related to the principle of service. Details were given of the growth of the movement in the Dominion. Several circles had already been formed in some centres.
