Mr GmneU, M.P., at Dublin was ordered to find sureties for his good behaviour, one in self for £500 and two sureties for £1000. The magistrate commented that he was surprised that lUmnell was allowed to continue his career so long. He should have been indicted under the Defence of the JXealm Act.
