THROUGH SOLDIERS RELEASED FROM RUSSIA.

AMSTERDAM. March 8. The Austrian Defence Minister stated m Parliament that it would be necessary to prevent the propagation of revolutionary principles by released soldiers from Russia, many of; whom had joined the revolution and were coming home to conduct propaganda.
