ANGLO-SWEDISH TONNAGE AGREEMENT.
CONSIDERED BY GERMANY AS BREACH OF NEUTRALITY.
STOCKHOLM, March 7. The Anglo-Swedjish agreement concerning tonnage hasi occasioned indignation in Germany. The North German Gazette states that according ±o the Declaration of London these ships must be considered enemy ships. The transfer of tonnage is equivalent to direct participation in the economic war against Germany. Neutrals therefore are committing acts I incompatible with neutrality. AMSTERDAM, March 7.
