. AMSTERDAM, Aug. 2. The Kaiser summoned a War Council (to take place at Brussels to-day. The •Crown Prince, Generals Hindenburg .and Ludendorff, Prince Rupprecht. Admiral yon Capelle, Prince Albrecht and •others, are to he present.
