ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.

A lad named Basil Tucker, about 14 years oi' age, a pupil at Nelson College, while attempting to board a moving train triis afternoon, was thrown under the wheels and instantly killed. The body was shockingly mutilated. The lad's parents reside'at Richmond.
