j At our Hawera Horse Bazaar .on Saturday, 12ih inst., we held our bimonthly horse sale, when more than the advertised number came forward. Young, sound, heavy and medium draughts were sought for; other classes were hard to quit. Heavy draughts £28 to £37 10s, medium £15 to £21, aged £10 to £17, light harness £6 to £16, hacks £5 to £13, Shetland ponies to £9 12s 6d, others 20s upwards. On Monday, at Okaiawa yards, there was a small yarding, and prices were the same as late sale.'
