FRENCH AND ENGLISH BANKS SEIZED BY THE TURKS. CAIRO, Dec. 2. Rued Pasha, the Premier in an interview with journalists, paid a high tribute tp Britain's magnificent and abiding work in Egypt, adding that she fulfils all the conditions entitling and enabling her to remain Egypt's protector. The Turks have seized the Jerusalem branches of the Credit Lyonaise and Anglo-Palestine Banks. The latter's safes hold £24,000.
