PROHIBITION OF COAL EXPORT.
A PREPARED EXHIBITION

: SYDNEY, Oct. 18. The prohibition of the export of coal to South American ports seriously hits Newcastle. The output will mean detaining a number of vessels in port and a reduction of work at several collieries. BERNE, Oct. 18. The German Legation invited the Press authorities to inspect dumdums taken from the French and British soldiers. The Swiss champion rifle shot, Itadelhofen, saw the exhibits. All were rough and recently altered by means of a file. It is concluded that the exhibition was. specially prepared. AMSTERDAM, Oct. 18.
