(Received Dec! 16, 1.30 p.m.) . WASHINGTON, Dec; 15. The Burnett Immigration Bill has been ordered to be reported to the House of Representatives %y the-Immi-gration Committee. A clause has been included enabling the deportation of aliens, who advocate the destruction of groperty, assassination of any public ofcial or overthrow of "any organised Government. The clause is intended to exclude advocates of Sabotage or suffragette militancy.' It is understood the question of naturalisation of Asiatics will be taken up later, with the State Department. :
