A DRAMATIC RE-ARREST
BY CABLE— PRESS ASSOCIATION— COPYRIGHT (Received Oct. 7, 12.30 p.m.) LONDON, Oct. 6, Annie Kenny was dramatically rearrested under the Cat and Mouse Act -«t a militant meeting at the Pavilion. -The instant she began her,speech the detectives rushed the platform and hustled her out. After a fierce struggle the detectives barred the exits and then motored to Holloway, after a second melee in the street. < The audience was in a great pitch of excitement, and uttered loud excrations. Two hats and a walking stick captured from the were sold by auction on the platform. Six women and two men, including a, clergyman, were arrested for obstructing the police.
