CONDITIONAL LICENSE.

BY TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION. CHRISTCHURCH, Sept. 4. The Selwyn Licensing Committee graaited a conditional license for a publican's booth at the Spring Meeting of the Ashburton Racing Club, to be held on September 11 and 12. This is the first time in eleven years that a licensed booth has been on this racecourse.
